Greetings Family,

The Tidewater VA Masons and OES Meetup will host its 2nd Annual Cookout on Sunday, June 29, 2008 starting at 12pm. This will be a B.Y.O. F. & R.(bring your own food and refreshments) event. Wear your light, bring your families, your lawn chairs, and whatever you need to cookout at the park. The park provides several grills for public use but those that can may want to bring there own. Last year's cookout was a wonderful day and we hope that this year's cookout will be even better. We will start at 12 and end when it ends.

There will be cards, and dominoes for those that would like to play. If there is anyone that would be interested in participating in a friendly game of flag football , please contact Ill. Eric Arnold - Assistant Organizer as soon as possible so that we may plan accordingly. We look forward to seeing you all there. If there are any questions or suggestions as to how we can make this event a success please do not hesitate to contact me.

    I wished more people showed up! I wish Bro. Jones and I had gotten there earlier, so my sistar would not have been there solo. Let's try a Saturday next time???

      “ i got there late around 3:15 and there was a sign saying that nobody showed up so the organizer left. So now since i have all this stuff im just brbq'n at my house ”
    • “ The meetup cookout was a disappointing day. I went to reserve the pavilion and set up and waited from 12p - 240 and unfortunately no one showed. I've been contacted by 2-3 other members who arrived after 3pm so to them thank you for your support. Hopefully our next meetup will have a better results.
